Today I ran into a confusing and frustrating bug.
I set up a fresh floor plan with specific layers, then some kitchen objects suddenly disappeared from the canvas. The kitchen layer is visible, and in the layer list I can see those objects are still on that layer, but they will not display on screen.
To troubleshoot, I went back in the version/saving log and opened a file from about an hour earlier, and the missing kitchen objects are visible there. However, even after duplicating that file, I still cannot copy those objects into my current working file, they won’t paste onto my main canvas.
These items are from the block library, so I don’t think it’s user error. Has anyone else experienced objects that remain in the layer list but won’t render, paste or carry across files?
