You can manually draw shadows on your drawings, there is no automatic option yet.
Here is how we create shadows:
For the furniture blocks, you can copy the border fill of the block, change the style to a grey fill with 20% opacity, and 'send it to the back of the layer.'
For the wall shadow, we simply draw rectangular shapes. See the GIF below:
